It is not cheap to use Jakarta's toll road but some people think the convenience and time saving aspects outweigh the expense.

Currently, however, the stretch at Cawang is often congested, especially in the late afternoon and early evening hours.

It is only fitting that the tollway authorities place a signboard at the toll gates informing motorists of the trouble spots ahead so they are not trapped in the network.

Office buildings with good parking management warn visitors whenever their parking lot is full, thus saving their clients' time and money. The toll road authorities should do the same for their clients in creating the alternative to use normal roads.
