According to some developers, the widening of the Cibitung-
Cawang toll road will solve the problem of traffic jams in that
area. This might be true, but it will only cause traffic jams in
other areas.

One alternative is to accelerate the construction of the outer
ring road of Cikunir-Kampung Rambutan section to intersect the
Jakarta-Tangerang section of the toll road. This means that
trucks and buses not going to Jakarta could use the outer ring
road.

Another alternative is to prohibit trucks entering Jakarta
from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
