Toll Fare Discounts Still Apply: This is the Cost of the Semarang–Jakarta Journey

JAKARTA – PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk is still providing a 30 per cent discount on toll fares for the Lebaran 2026 return flow on the Semarang-Jakarta toll road today, Friday (27/3/2026). Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that the toll fare discount is implemented from 26 March 2026 at 00:00 WIB until 27 March 2026 at 24:00 WIB. “This toll fare reduction is given to road users travelling continuously from the Semarang direction through the Kalikangkung GT on the Batang-Semarang Toll Road towards Jakarta via the Cikampek Utama GT on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road,” she said in her statement on Thursday (26/3/2026). With this reduction, the toll fare for Group I vehicles from Semarang to Jakarta drops from Rp467,500 to Rp304,150. This means road users can save up to Rp163,350. Interestingly, road users also have the potential to receive an additional discount. PT Jasamarga Semarang Batang (JSB) previously provided a fare reduction of around 23 per cent on the Batang-Semarang route, valid until 31 March 2026. If combined, the total fare reduction received by road users could reach around 46 per cent, depending on the travel segments passed. As an illustration, here is the breakdown of the normal toll fare for the journey from Semarang to Jakarta for Group I vehicles: With that, the total normal journey fare reaches Rp467,500. With the toll fare discount, the cost drops to Rp304,150. In addition, the e-money balance must be sufficient, and the origin of the journey and vehicle group data must be read correctly in the system. If not, the fare reduction will not apply.
