TOKEN OF APPRECIATION: Chief security minister Bambang Yudhoyono
presents a token of appreciation to Maj. Gen. Tanongsuk Tuvinun
(center), the senior envoy of the Joint Security Committee (JSC),
which was set up to monitor the Aceh peace accord, as fellow JSC
member Brig. Gen. Lomodag (left) looks on. The token of
appreciation was given to the major general in Jakarta on Tuesday
after the cease-fire monitors left Aceh, a further indication
that the peace pact in Aceh is all but dead.
