To national leaders

In view of the deep multi-faceted conflicts and crises now
gripping the country and given the fact that the political elite
and our important figures in science and technology, both in and
outside the government, have failed to quickly solve these
conflicts and crises, sooner or later this country will
disintegrate.

Once it becomes a reality, national disintegration will be
very difficult to address. Therefore, before it is too late, the
government and the political elite must quickly realize that the
government system now adopted is not good enough. The solution is
to improve this government system, for example by adopting the
multi-system of governance. Once the government system is right,
problems likely to bring about national disintegration can be
properly addressed.
