To Megawati

The present political stalemate is endangering the life of the nation and the state, something that we ought to take care of together to ensure that we will have a harmonious life.

To maintain this harmony, you can play an important role in maintaining the balance. In this respect, you cannot just allow the central executive board of your party and the faction of your party in the House of Representatives and the People's Consultative Assembly to also take part in an attempt to unseat President Abdurrahman "Gus Dur" Wahid. This attempt is clearly a demonstration of the tyranny of the House.

Please bear in mind that it is they that blocked your way to the presidential seat before.

Now, the same bunch of people would like to force their will so that you become the president after unseating Gus Dur.

I believe that with your integrity, whatever you do will be in the spirit of Bung Karno, a spirit that continues to live in every one of us.
