The Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police (Polresta Bandara Soetta) signed a memorandum of understanding with online transport operators regarding the placement of 110 call centre service flyers. The affixing of these flyers is intended to expand the socialisation of police emergency services.

The signing of the memorandum took place at the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police headquarters on Wednesday morning (18/3/2026). The Chief of Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police, Commissioner Wisnu Wardana, explained that this activity is aimed at enhancing police services to the public and broadening the outreach of police emergency services.

“This is also a small step taken by the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police, with the hope that the 110 service and the presence of the police can create a sense of security for service users,” said Commissioner Wisnu.

Wisnu stated that this activity is also a responsive and progressive measure by the Indonesian National Police, particularly the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police, to facilitate service users who need information on police services.

He mentioned that they have prepared approximately 5,000 110 call centre flyers to be affixed to online transport vehicles at the airport.

Wisnu hopes that the presence of the 110 call centre service flyers from the police in online transport fleets will be more effective and easily remembered by the public or service users at Soekarno-Hatta Airport. He said that these police 110 call centre flyers can be utilised by the public as a means to report emergencies, security disturbances, and criminality.

“We hope that colleagues from the operators can attach the 110 service flyers to the online transport vehicles at Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Let us together create a conducive public order and security environment,” he stated.

The memorandum signing event was attended by Assistant Deputy Landside Operation Services & Support of Angkasa Pura Indonesia at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Noper Mazareno; Managing Director of GAMA, Dekky Yusuf; Head of Gocar Pool, Ajrul Aswat; Director of Operations of KPMH, M Zulkifli; SPV Admin of GRAB Operational Airport CGK, Syahrul Munir; GM of Blue Bird Cengkareng, Muahmad Zamroni; and Branch Head of Maxim Cengkareng, Ferry Rahmat.
