Through an activity titled Customs Visit Customer (CVC), Customs and Excise directly inspects factories receiving customs facilities. This time, the visits were carried out by Malang Customs and Bekasi Customs in their respective supervisory areas.

On Wednesday (1/4/2026), the Head of Malang Customs Office, Johan Pandores, accompanied the Head of the East Java II Regional Customs Office, Muhammad Lukman, on their first visit to the electric cigarette factory in Malang Regency, PT Genesis Technology Indonesia and PT Smoore Technology Indonesia.

The visit was to review the factory’s operational processes as well as an introduction to the new Head of the East Java II Regional Customs Office. The activity began with greetings and introductions, followed by a tour of the factory (plant tour) to directly observe the product manufacturing business processes.

Meanwhile, the Head of Bekasi Customs Office, Winarko Dian Subagyo, visited PT Indonesia Epson Industry on Thursday (2/4/2026). This reflects Bekasi Customs’ commitment to continuously supporting companies in maintaining customs and excise compliance amid global economic dynamics.

“Bekasi Customs is committed to helping companies improve compliance and enhance existing systems. This is not only to support the company’s operational efficiency but also for the overall progress of the nation,” said Winarko in a statement on Wednesday (8/4/2026).

Suparmadi, a representative from the Logistics Management of PT Indonesia Epson Industry, expressed appreciation for the visit by Bekasi Customs.

“This activity serves as an evaluation tool for us, particularly regarding customs and excise compliance as well as improvements to the customs facilities we have. We thank Bekasi Customs for their support,” he stated.

CVC serves as a platform for open communication, as well as an interactive discussion forum on business processes, operational challenges, and evaluation of ongoing compliance systems.

Through CVC, Customs hopes that synergy with business actors will grow stronger, allowing companies to face global economic challenges with optimism while staying on the path of compliance.
