BSI has disbursed nationwide Rp 799.11 billion in housing loans under the KUR Perumahan programme as part of the government’s 3 Juta Rumah initiative. The announcement was made at the Housing Financing Collaboration Programme for Housing KUR event, attended by the Minister of Public Housing and Settlement (PKP), Maruarar Sirait (Ara), at the Graha Bhakti Praja Conference Centre on Tuesday, 19 May 2026. In his remarks, Ara stressed the importance of rapid government service to the public, particularly in financing and providing decent housing. ‘Serving the people must be fast; let’s sing the song Bongkar so that the government serves the people quickly and easily,’ Ara said. He added that cross‑sector collaboration is key to accelerating the construction and financing of housing for the people. The government is also expanding financing access so that low‑income households can own decent homes using schemes that are easy, fast and affordable. ‘We support the government’s initiative, particularly the PKP Ministry’s national priority programme 3 million homes, and for this disbursement we are prepared to increase the quota,’ said Bob. In addition to the national KUR housing disbursement of Rp 799.11 billion, in NTB province the disbursement of KUR Perumahan reached Rp 43.82 billion. By April 2026, BSI had financed 1,201 homes through the Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan (FLPP) to support the 3 Juta Rumah programme. Furthermore, BSI had financed Rp 819 billion to 2,385 customers under the Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) programme since its launch, or about 60 percent of the government quota. Specifically in NTB, financing reached around Rp 44 billion to 110 customers. Amid global economic challenges, BSI recorded total assets of Rp 460 trillion in 2026 with profit growth of 17.1 percent. Through this collaboration, the PKP Ministry hopes to strengthen synergy among local governments, the banking sector, and all stakeholders to accelerate the realisation of the national housing programme and broaden access to affordable housing across Indonesia.
