TNS acquires NFO

JAKARTA: Marketing information company Taylor Nelson Sofres plc has completed the acquisition of NFO WorldGroup Inc (NFO), from The Interpublic Group of Companies Inc, its office in Jakarta said on Friday.

The acquisition, announced on May 14, consolidates its position as one of the top three global firms in its industry.

"We are delighted to have completed the acquisition of NFO, a high quality company with a strong management team," TNS chief executive Mike Kirkham said in a statement.

TNS providing market measurement, analysis and insight in more than 110 countries, including Indonesia. --JP
