Head of the TNI Information Centre (Kapuspen) TNI Major General Aulia Dwi Nasrullah stated that the investigation process is still underway regarding four personnel suspected of being involved in the assault on Andrie Yunus. “As of now, the investigation process against the four personnel suspected of assaulting brother AY is ongoing,” said Major General Aulia in his statement on Monday (23/3/2026). The personnel, holding ranks of first officers and non-commissioned officers, are known to have been secured and detained at the Jaya Military Police Command (Pomdam Jaya). They are suspected of involvement in the sulphuric acid attack that took place on Thursday night (12/3/2026) in the Senen area, Central Jakarta. “Please wait until the entire investigation process by the investigators from the TNI Central Military Police is completed,” Aulia said. Based on the initial diagnosis by the medical team at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital (RSCM), the victim suffered burns covering around 24 percent of his total body surface.
