TNI PATROL IN ACEH: Soldiers cross a busy street on patrol in
Banda Aceh. Coordinating Minister for Political and Security
Affairs Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono said on Friday that President
Megawati Soekarnoputri would issue a decree ordering the military
to go to war against separatists in the troubled province of Aceh
