TNI Confirms Guarding Jampidsus's House at Attorney General's Office Request

The Head of the TNI Information Centre, Brigadier General Muhammad Nas, has confirmed that TNI personnel were deployed to secure the residence of the Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) Febrie Adriansyah in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The house was searched by investigators from the National Police’s Corruption Eradication Task Force and the Metro Jaya Police’s Special Criminal Investigation Directorate on Wednesday (8/7/2026).

Brigadier General Nas confirmed that the security operation was part of the Forest Area Control Task Force. He stressed that the presence of TNI personnel at the location was at the direct request of the Attorney General’s Office.

“Regarding the security of the Jampidsus, it is true that the security was carried out at the request of the Attorney General’s Office and has been coordinated according to applicable mechanisms and regulations, in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 66 of 2025 concerning the protection of prosecutors in carrying out their duties,” Nas told the media in Jakarta on Thursday (9/7/2026).
