TNI Commander Reassigns 27 Senior Officers and 8 Mid-level Officers in Major Reshuffle
JAKARTA — TNI Commander Agus Subiyanto has reassigned 35 military personnel consisting of 27 senior officers (pati) and 8 mid-level officers (pamen).
Head of TNI Public Affairs Brigadier General Aulia Dwi Nasrullah stated that personnel reassignments within the TNI are routine matters undertaken as part of officer career development and to meet organisational requirements.
“This step is also taken to ensure the TNI organisation remains adaptive to the challenges of dynamic operational duties,” said Aulia when confirmed by Kompas.com on Wednesday, 11 March 2026.
He emphasised that each decision was made based on considerations to support the execution of the TNI’s core duties.
The reassignments include:
Major General Deddy Suryadi from Jaya Regional Command reassigned to Jaya Regional Command (organisational validation).
Lieutenant General Bambang Trisnohadi from Joint Regional Air Command III reassigned to TNI Joint Command (organisational validation).
Major General Lucky Avianto from Regional Command XXIV/Mt reassigned to Joint Regional Air Command III.
Major General Frits Wilem Rizard Pelamonia from Deputy Chief of Staff III for Economic and Social Welfare reassigned to Regional Command XXIV/Mt.
Brigadier General Mirza Patria Jaya from Intelligence Operations Centre reassigned to Deputy Chief of Staff III for Economic and Social Welfare.
Colonel Wahyo Yuniartoto from Deputy Chief of Staff Officer at Regional Command IX/Udayana reassigned to Intelligence Operations Centre.
Brigadier General I Ketut Mertha Gunarda from Commander of District Command 173 reassigned to Deputy Chief of Staff Officer at Regional Command IX/Udayana.
Brigadier General Setyo Wibowo from Operations Assistant at Joint Command Headquarters reassigned to Division Commander I at Strategic Command.
Colonel Tommy Anderson from Personnel Section VIII reassigned to Operations Assistant at Joint Command Headquarters.
