TNI Commander Promotes Lt Gen Lucky Avianto and Appoints TNI Territorial Chief of Staff

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto led the handover ceremony for the position of Pangkogabwilhan III, the TNI Chief Auditor (Orjen), and the appointment of the TNI Territorial Chief of Staff (Kaster). The Commander also received the corps report on the promotion of TNI generals in the Gatot Soebroto Hall, TNI Headquarters, Cilangkap, East Jakarta, on Thursday (26/3/2026). The Pangkogabwilhan III position was handed over from Lt Gen Bambang Trisnohadi to Lt Gen Lucky Avianto, who previously served as Pangdam XXIV/Mandala Trikora, and Maj Gen Tugino, who previously held the position of Kaotmilti II Jakarta, now occupies the Orjen TNI Babinkum TNI. The Commander also appointed Lt Gen Bambang Trisnohadi as Kaster TNI. Subsequently, the corps report on the promotion of 57 high-ranking officers (pati) from the three branches was conducted. They consist of 47 TNI AD pati, 9 TNI AL pati, and 1 TNI AU pati. Among those promoted are Pangkogabwilhan III Lt Gen Lucky Avianto, Pangdam Jaya (organisational validation) Lt Gen Deddy Suryadi, to Kasdam Jaya (organisational validation) Maj Gen Zulhadrie S Mara. Meanwhile, in the TNI AL, promotions were received by Dankodaeral XI Koarmada RI Commodore Joko Andriyanto, Dankodaeral X Maj Gen (Mar) Sugianto, and Commander of Group B Paspampres Brig Gen (Mar) Tri Haryanto. From the air branch, the one promoted is the permanent lecturer at Unhan Marsma Sigit Sasongko.
