TLKM Distributes Rp 21.9 T Dividend, Record Cum Date to Payment Schedule

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) has approved a cash dividend distribution of Rp21.99 trillion, or the equivalent of Rp221 per share.

The dividend amount was finalised during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on Monday, 8 June 2026. During the meeting, shareholders approved the use of the entire net profit for the 2025 fiscal year, amounting to Rp17.81 trillion, as cash dividends.

The company also added an allocation of Rp4.19 trillion sourced from retained earnings, bringing the total distributed dividend to Rp21.99 trillion.

With this total dividend, TLKM’s dividend payout ratio (DPR) is recorded at 123.5%. The dividends will be distributed proportionally to shareholders listed in the Register of Shareholders (DPS) on the recording date.

The dividend distribution schedule for the 2025 fiscal year is as follows:

Recording Date (DPS): 19 June 2026

Regular and Negotiated Market:

• Cum Dividend: 17 June 2026

• Ex Dividend: 18 June 2026

Cash Market:

• Cum Dividend: 19 June 2026

• Ex Dividend: 22 June 2026
