Timeline of KPK Seizure of Vinna Ledy's House and Car Allegedly Provided by Businessman
The KPK has seized several assets belonging to Bengkulu City Council member, Vinna Ledy Anggraheni. These assets are suspected to have been provided by a businessman.
As information, the KPK is currently investigating a new case that is an extension of the alleged corruption case involving the inactive Regent of Rejang Lebong, M. Fikri Thobari. In this new investigation, the KPK has raided several locations and seized various assets.
One of the locations raided was Vinna’s residence. In addition to searching Vinna’s house, the KPK also seized her car and a luxury house.
The following is the timeline of the KPK’s investigation into the Regent of Rejang Lebong, Fikri, leading to the seizure of Vinna’s house and car, as summarised on Tuesday (1/9/2026):
KPK Sting Operation against Regent of Rejang Lebong
The KPK conducted a sting operation (OTT) against the Regent of Rejang Lebong, Fikri, on 9 March 2026. The KPK subsequently named Fikri as a suspect.
Fikri is alleged to have received a total of Rp 1.7 billion in bribes from several projects. The case began when the Rejang Lebong Regency Government intended to undertake several projects in early 202_.
KPK Enforcement and Execution Deputy Asep Guntur Rahayu explained that the projects were located within the Rejang Lebong Regency Public Works, Housing, and Spatial Planning Office (PUPRPKP). Asep stated that the total budget for projects in the office reached Rp 91.13 billion.
Asep noted that project ‘pre-bribes’ worth Rp 980 million were provided in stages through intermediaries. Furthermore, Asep stated that the value of project bribes from the three parties involved varied.
Asep also mentioned an alleged additional receipt by Fikri amounting to Rp 775 million, suspecting that such actions were carried out repeatedly.
KPK Development of the Case
In July 2026, the KPK confirmed that a new investigation was underway as an extension of the Fikri case. However, no suspects have been announced in this particular matter yet.
“A general investigation order,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo, on Monday (20/7/20ng).
KPK Raids Vinna’s House
In August 2026, the KPK conducted raids related to this new case. One of the searched locations was Vinna’s house.
KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo stated that the searches were conducted from Wednesday (12/8) to Thursday (13/8). The KPK seized documents and electronic evidence during the raids.
“The four locations included the houses of two civil servants at the Bengkulu City Public Works and Housing Office (PUPR), the house of a Bengkulu City Council member, and a private party,” Budi said in a written statement on Sunday (16/8).
KPK Seizes Vinna’s Pajero Sport
On 10 August 2026, the KPK seized a Pajero Sport car belonging to Vinna. The vehicle is suspected to have been a gift from a businessman.
“As a continuation of the investigation into alleged corruption regarding goods and services procurement within the Rejang Lebong Regency Government and other areas in Bengkulu Province, investigators conducted the seizure of one four-wheeled vehicle from Ms. VLA, a member of the Bengkulu City Council, on 10 August 2026,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo.
KPK Suspects Vinna Received Luxury Assets from Businessman
The KPK suspects that several luxury assets were provided by a businessman named Eno Bowo Susilo to Vinna. Eno Bowo has been interrogated by the KPK.
“Investigators are deepening the investigation into the alleged provision of several assets by EBS (Eno Bowo Susilo) to officials in Bengkulu City, including luxury cars, luxury apartments, and luxury houses. Investigators will certainly look into the connection with the execution of projects in Bengkulu City,” Budi said on Thursday (27/8).
“The provision by EBS is suspected to be for VLA, as a member of the Bengkulu City Council. Investigators will further examine the alleged provision of these luxury assets,” Budi added.
KPK Seizes Vinna’s Luxury House
Most recently, the KPK seized a luxury house in South Jakarta. The house belongs to Bengkulu City Council member Vinna Ledy Anggraheni (VLA).
“The seized assets consist of one luxury house belonging to Ms. VLA, as a member of the Bengkulu City Council,” KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo told reporters on Tuesday (1/9).
A Budi stated that investigators will further investigate the origins of the house. The KPK stated that the seizure was conducted to clarify the case.
“Investigators will subsequently deepen the nexus or relationship between the alleged provision of assets from a private party to Ms. VLA and the series of criminal events currently under investigation,” he said.
PKB Respects Legal Process
The Deputy Chairman of PKB, Cucun Ahmad Syamsurijal, stated that his party respects the legal process carried out by the KPK. It is noted that Vinna Ledy Anggraheni is a member of the Bengkulu City Council from the PKB party.
“Wherever it may be, if there is a legal process against anyone, we respect it. Any process involving law enforcement,” said Cucun at the parliamentary complex in Senayan, Jakarta, on Tuesday (1/9).
