Timah Properti targets market expansion through Danantara Housing Expo
PT Timah Karya Persada Properti (Timah Properti) is targeting market expansion and greater penetration of its residential products through participation in the Danantara Housing Expo.
“Through the Danantara Housing Expo, we are very optimistic about reaching a wider market and increasing the penetration of our residential products,” said PT Timah Karya Persada Properti Director Candra Hadiqadriman in a written statement in Jakarta on Wednesday.
One of the programmes prepared is the “Road to Danantara Housing Expo”, which aims to introduce the public to housing options.
For example, Cluster Alexandrite with a modern European concept and Cluster Nawasena with a modern architectural approach designed for the needs of young urban families.
The strategy to improve affordability includes various ownership scheme options, such as light down payments starting from 1 per cent, interest rates starting from 2.75 per cent, and financing tenors of up to 30 years.
Various additional incentives are also offered during the programme period to provide greater value for the public.
“We hope this event becomes a positive momentum to drive the achievement of the company’s and the nation’s sales targets this year,” said Candra.
Candra stated that the initiative is part of the company’s efforts to support national housing availability, while also responding to the increasingly dynamic housing needs in urban areas.
In general, he said, the development of the company’s strategic projects is also focused on providing quality housing that remains accessible to the wider public and is in line with the government’s major housing programme.
Area development is not only product-oriented, but also focused on environmental quality, infrastructure, and long-term value sustainability.
“This is a manifestation of the company’s commitment to delivering high-value yet affordable housing ecosystems through services that are easily accessible to all members of the public,” he said.
