Central Lombok (ANTARA) - The InJourney Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) has announced that the ticket exchange for the 2026 MotoGP Indonesia, held at the Pertamina Mandalika Circuit in West Nusa Tenggara, is now open.

“We have prepared three ticket exchange service points: at the former Selaparang Airport, Mandalika Bazaar, and Lombok International Airport,” stated Troy Warokka, Chairman of the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2026, in Central Lombok on Saturday.

He noted that spectators can exchange their tickets well in advance of the race weekend, which is scheduled for 9–11 October 2026 at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, The Mandalika, West Nusa Tenggara.

Of the three service points, the Mandalika Bazaar will have the longest operational period and will serve the most complete range of ticket categories, including VIP, Grandstand, and Festival. This service will be available until 8 October from 10:00 to 19:00 WITA, and from 9–11 October from 08:00 to 18:00 WITA.

Meanwhile, the service at the former Selaparang Airport will be available from 3–7 October 2026, between 10:00 and 19:00 WITA, and will only handle Grandstand and Festival ticket categories.

“The provision of several ticket exchange service points is intended to provide convenience for spectators while supporting smooth mobility towards The Mandalika area,” he said.

The organisers are urging spectators to exchange their tickets early rather than waiting until the race weekend. Spectators should choose an exchange point based on their ticket category and remain mindful of the operational periods and hours.

“With early preparation, spectators can organise their travel to the circuit more comfortably,” Troy added.

To complete the exchange, ticket holders must present original identification, such as an ID card (KTP), driver’s licence, or passport, along with their e-ticket. At the exchange location, spectators will undergo a data verification process by presenting their e-ticket and identity to officials before receiving their physical ticket or spectator wristband according to their category.

“Ticket exchange can also be handled by a representative, provided they bring the printed e-ticket, a photocopy of the ticket holder’s identity, an authorised letter stamped with a Rp10,000 duty stamp and signed, as well as the original identity of the representative,” he concluded.
