Thursday, Mobile Samsat services available in 14 Jadetabek areas
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Subdit Registrasi dan Identifikasi (Regident) Direktorat Lalu Lintas Polda Metro Jaya has provided the Mobile Samsat service under the one-stop administration system in 14 areas of Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jadetabek), on Thursday.
In the Mobile Samsat, the public can obtain several benefits such as annual vehicle registration (STNK) authentication, payment of Vehicle Tax (PKB) and the Traffic Accident Insurance Scheme (SWDKLLJ).
Mobile Samsat outlets are usually spread across various areas so that the public can access them easily and do not have to travel to the central office.
The following are the Mobile Samsat service areas in Jadetabek according to information from the official X account of Polda Metro Jaya’s Traffic Management Center (@tmcpoldametro):
Central Jakarta: Samsat parking area and Lapangan Banteng from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB
North Jakarta: Samsat parking area and Al Musyawarah Mosque yard, 08:00–14:00 WIB
West Jakarta: Citraland Mall, 08:00–14:00 WIB
South Jakarta: Samsat parking area, 09:00–15:00 WIB and Sarinah Warehouse, Cikoko Pancoran, 09:00–14:00 WIB
East Jakarta: Samsat parking area and Kramat Jati Market, 08:00–14:00 WIB
Tangerang City: Alun-alun Cibodas and Busway Foodmosphere parking, 09:00–13:00 WIB
Serpong: Samsat parking area, 08:00–14:00 WIB and ITC BSD, 16:00–18:00
Ciledug: Giant Poris Gaga and Green Lake City Cipondoh Fresh Market Complex, 09:00–14:00 WIB
Ciputat: Samsat parking area and Pondok Betung Village, 09:00–12:00 WIB
Kelapa Dua: Gtown House Square, Gading Serpong parking area, 08:00–14:00 WIB
Bekasi City: Mono Caffe Pekayon, 09:00–13:00 WIB
Bekasi Regency: Lippo Cikarang Central Market, Lippo Cikarang, 09:00–12:00 WIB
Depok: Samsat parking area, 08:00–14:00 WIB and Tugu Village Office, 09:00–12:00 WIB
Cinere: Pasir Putih Village Office, 08:00–12:00 WIB
Residents are required to bring certain documents to pay vehicle tax, such as the owner’s original KTP, BPKB, and STNK, each accompanied by a photocopy; applicants must not have motor vehicle tax arrears of more than one year.
The Mobile Samsat outlets only handle annual motor vehicle tax (PKB) payments; for five-year tax payments and plate replacement, applicants must go directly to the nearest Samsat office.
