A habit that I deplore most is the throwing of lighted cigarette stubs out of moving vehicles. This action can be extremely dangerous to the vehicles behind.

I think drivers who smoke should have ashtrays in their vehicles. We should be more civic-minded and not throw cigarette stubs anywhere we please, or be prepared to be fined heavily.
