For context, the influencer Vilmei reported the alleged embezzlement of Rp 1.28 billion via her personal Instagram account.
Vilmei posted a video while searching for the alleged perpetrators, holding evidence of withdrawals from her bank account.
“Today I am sad, I am very stressed because one of my employees took Rp 1,282,915,000, one of those present here,” Vilmei stated on her personal account on Tuesday (25/8).
The former partner of Willy Salim gathered eight employees who frequently manage her TikTok account. Initially, Vilmei requested that someone come forward and confess rather than her having to make direct accusations.
“This was taken from my TikTok account funds which I have never handled at all since I started creating content seven years ago. Only about one million remains. When I went to pay for a meal, only Rp 1 million was left,” Vilmei said.
