Three Stocks Under Exchange Surveillance, Including Happy Hapsoro's BUVA
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) is closely monitoring unusual market activity (UMA) patterns for three stocks from Tuesday, 26 May 2026. The companies were flagged due to abnormal price movements.
The three stocks are PT Mahkota Group Tbk. (MGRO), PT Perdana Gapuraprima Tbk. (GPRA), and PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk. (BUVA).
According to BEI disclosures, the stocks have moved unusually. The measure is to protect investors, particularly shareholders of the three companies.
“The Unusual Market Activity (UMA) announcement does not necessarily indicate violations of capital market regulations,” said BEI management, as quoted on its official website.
The latest information regarding BREN, a palm oil company, was published on 22 May 2026 via the Indonesia Stock Exchange website regarding the announcement of an Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting.
“Regarding the UMA on MGRO shares, we wish to inform that the exchange is currently monitoring the trading pattern of this stock,” it stated.
Market data shows MGRO shares remained stagnant at Rp655 per share in yesterday’s trading. However, MGRO has fallen 3.68% over the past month and 12.08% year-to-date (YTD).
Investors are advised to monitor the companies’ responses to the exchange’s confirmation requests, assess their performance and transparency, review any corporate actions pending shareholder approval, and consider potential future risks before making investment decisions.
Similarly to MGRO, BEI has given special attention to GORA shares due to abnormal trading volatility. The latest information on GPRA is detailed in the disclosure dated 21 May 2026 regarding the notice of an Annual General Meeting.
Yesterday’s trading saw the property company’s shares stagnant at Rp103, with GPRA rising 14.17% monthly and 28.47% YTD.
Meanwhile, BUVA is also under BEI scrutiny for unusual transactions. Previously, the company had published explanations on 25 May 2026 regarding trading volatility.
Over the past day, Happy Hapsoro’s company traded at Rp610 per share, with a 43.26% monthly increase and 59.2% YTD rise.
