Three Stocks Enter UMA Radar: Here is the List
The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has begun closely monitoring Unusual Market Activity (UMA) patterns for three stocks, effective Friday, 29 May 2026. These issuers are under surveillance due to unusual surges in share prices.
The three stocks identified are PT Surya Fajar Capital Tbk. (SFAN), PT Kota Satu Properti Tbk. (SATU), and PT Aman Agrindo Tbk. (GULA).
Citing the IDX’s information disclosure, these stocks have exhibited movements outside of normal trading patterns. This measure has been implemented to protect investors, particularly shareholders of the three issuers. “The announcement of Unusual Market Activity (UMA) does not necessarily indicate a violation of capital market laws and regulations,” the IDX management stated on its official website.
The latest information regarding SFAN, a financial services issuer, dates back to 22 May 2026, regarding the submission of advertisement evidence for a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) notice. “In relation to the UMA occurring on SFAN shares, we wish to convey that the Exchange is currently scrutinising the development of these stock transaction patterns,” the management noted.
According to market data, SFAN shares fell 0.26% to Rp1,955 per share during Tuesday’s (2 June 2026) trading session. Meanwhile, SFAN has risen 0.26% over the past month and 0.15% year-to-date.
Following this announcement, investors are expected to monitor the issuers’ responses to the Exchange’s requests for confirmation, scrutinise company performance and information disclosures, re-evaluate planned corporate actions that have not yet received GMS approval, and consider various potential risks before making investment decisions.
Similarly, the IDX is paying special attention to SATU shares due to transaction volatility deemed unusual. The latest information regarding SATU was disclosed on 19 May 2026, concerning the advertisement of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).
During today’s trading, the property company’s shares rose 0.78% to the level of Rp260. However, SATU shares were observed to have fallen 1.52% over the monthly period and remained stagnant year-to-date.
Furthermore, the company GULA is also being scrutinised by the IDX due to irregular transactions, despite the company having previously published a notice for its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 26 May 2026. Throughout today’s trading, the sugarcane trading issuer fell 3.67% to the level of Rp525 per share. Over the past month, its shares have risen by 41.89%, with a year-to-date increase of 100.38%.
