Three Merdeka Copper (MDKA) Directors Resign En Masse

PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk. (MDKA) has announced that three senior management figures on its Board of Directors have jointly tendered their resignations. The three individuals are David Thomas Fowler, Jason Laurence Greive, and Chrisanthus Supriyo.

Citing information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the company received the resignation letters on 17 June 2026.

“We hereby announce that on 17 June 2026, the Company received letters of resignation from three members of the Company’s Board of Directors, namely Mr David Thomas Fowler, Mr Jason Laurence Greive, and Mr Chrisanthus Supriyo,” management wrote on Friday (19/6/2026).

In accordance with the provisions of the Company’s Articles of Association and applicable laws and regulations, the resignation requests of these directors will be decided upon at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS). Furthermore, the new management composition will become effective after obtaining approval from the RUPS, which will be convened by the Company in accordance with prevailing regulations.

For context, David Thomas Fowler is an Australian citizen born in 1966 and was appointed as a Director of the Company in December 2014. Jason Laurence Greive is also an Australian citizen, born in 1973, and was appointed as a Director in June 2025. Meanwhile, Chrisanthus Supriyo is an Indonesian citizen born in 1954 and was appointed as a Director in January 2022.
