The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) has announced that there are still seven companies preparing to list their shares on the capital market through an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

“To date, there are seven companies in the BEI’s share listing pipeline,” said BEI Director of Corporate Assessment Saidu Solihin, as quoted on Tuesday (31/9/2026).

So far this year, seven companies have listed their shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, raising a total of Rp2.16 trillion.

Saudu explained that the seven prospective issuers come from various sectors, namely energy, healthcare, and industry. Three of them are prospective issuers with large-scale assets valued at more than Rp250 billion.

In terms of asset size, two companies have small-scale assets below Rp50 billion, two companies have medium-scale assets between Rp50 billion and Rp250 billion, and three companies have large-scale assets above Rp250 billion.

For comparison, in the same period last year up to August, 22 companies had listed their shares on the BEI, raising approximately Rp10.39 trillion.

The slowdown is evident not only in the number of companies but also in the timing of listings. Throughout 2026, IPO activity has been concentrated in April and July, while in several other months no new issuers have debuted.

The latest company planning to go public this year is PT Swayasa Prakarsa Tbk (SWAP), a research-based healthcare product manufacturer.

SWAP is undergoing its initial offering period from 24–27 August 2026 and is scheduled to list its shares on the BEI on 10 September 2026.
