Three killed in landslide

JAMBI: Three people were buried alive in debris that slide
from a hill when they were trying to dredge their car out of a
muddy road in a remote village this wee, an official said
yesterday.

The landslide occurred at on a road in the Kerinci Seblat
National Park, 400 kilometer west of the provincial capital,
Yurminalis, spokesman for the provincial administration said.

He said the bodies of victims, identified as Zainuddin, 45,
Bujang, 28, and Zainal, 28, were recovered an hour after the
incident Antara reported. (rms)
