Three Foreign Nationals Found in Jakarta Apartment, Two Dead

The Head of Public Relations at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Commissioner Budi Hermanto, confirmed the information. The three victims were found on Monday (June 1st) at approximately 9:00 PM.

“It is true that on Monday, June 1st, 2026, at approximately 9:00 PM, three foreign nationals were found in the City Park Apartment, Cengkareng Timur, West Jakarta,” said Budi Hermanto, in a statement to detikcom, Thursday (June 4th, 2026).

The three victims are CD (27), II (34), and OSO (39). Of the three victims, two were declared dead.

“Of the three people, two men with the initials CD (27) and II (34) were declared dead, and the cause of death is still under investigation, while one man with the initials OSO (39) was found unconscious,” explained Budi Hermanto.

Separately, the Head of Public Relations at the West Jakarta Metropolitan Police, AKP Wisnu, said that one of the victims is currently being treated at the Budha Tzu Chi Hospital.

“Based on the initial examination, no signs of violence were found on the bodies of the two deceased victims,” said Wisnu.

The exact cause of death of the two foreign nationals is not yet known. Police are continuing their investigation to determine the cause of the incident.
