Three die in traffic accident

MEDAN, North Sumatra: Three high school students were killed
in a road accident Saturday.

The technical high school students were hit by a speeding
minibus while they were bicycling to school on the Trans-Sumatra
highway in Lubuk Pakam, 27 kilometers from here.

The police identified the victims as Poniman, 19, Mulyadi, 18,
and Rachman, 18. The minibus driver fled the scene of crime but
the vehicle was impounded, they said as reported by Antara. (rms)
