Three Days Before Eid, East Jakarta THR Complaint Post Receives 84 Reports
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The East Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy Sub-District Office (Sudin Nakertransgi) has recorded 84 complaints related to Eid Allowances (THR) during the complaint post’s operational period.
“Up to three days before (H-3) Eid, today, there have been a total of 84 reports or complaints from the public regarding THR. We will follow them up as quickly as possible,” said the Head of the General Affairs and Personnel Sub-Section of Sudin Nakertransgi East Jakarta, Aldino Septa Anugrah, in Jakarta on Wednesday.
All reports were submitted by the public online. The THR complaint post opened from 2 to 27 March 2026.
The service operates every Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 15:00 WIB, and Fridays from 08:00 to 15:30 WIB.
All incoming complaints are submitted through online channels, namely the service numbers 0823-5370-1464 and 0821-8501-7080.
Additionally, the public can access information related to the post’s services via the official Ministry of Manpower website at https://poskothr.kemnaker.go.id.
According to Aldino, the existence of the complaint post is a government effort to ensure workers’ rights are fulfilled, especially ahead of Idul Fitri.
Every report received will be verified and followed up in accordance with applicable regulations.
Previously, as part of supervision, Sudin Nakertransgi East Jakarta conducted direct monitoring at companies. One such inspection was carried out on Monday (16/3) at PT Soho Global Health in the Pulo Gadung Industrial Area.
The activity was attended by the Head of the DKI Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy Office, Syaripudin, the Acting Head of Sudin Nakertransgi East Jakarta, Sunjaya, and several related officials.
In the surprise inspection, the team checked the implementation of THR payments to employees.
The result was that the pharmaceutical company was declared to have fulfilled its obligations by paying THR to all workers.
The government hopes that other companies will follow this compliance, so that there are no violations of workers’ rights ahead of the holiday.
Meanwhile, the public is urged not to hesitate to report any obstacles in receiving THR through the provided post.
Previously, Minister of Manpower Yassierli revealed that more than 500 workers have consulted on Eid Allowances (THR) ahead of Idul Fitri at the service post provided by the Ministry of Manpower.
“We are monitoring now, but so far, our post has also received consultations. At the Ministry of Manpower itself, there have already been more than 500 consultations. So, from H-14 to H-7, we receive consultations, for example, what the cases are like, how the THR calculation is, and so on,” said Yassierli in Jakarta on Monday (16/3).
Those reports came in from H-14 to H-7 before Eid, and the post plays a role in ensuring workers receive their THR rights.
Most of the incoming questions relate to the calculation of the THR amount that should be received.
In addition, Yassierli explained that the post not only handles complaints but also serves as a means for workers to obtain explanations regarding their rights in accordance with labour regulations.
He emphasised that companies are obliged to pay THR no later than H-7 before the holiday.
