Three children die of dengue
GROBOGAN, Central Java: Three children of the Belor village have died, while 128 others have been hospitalized in a dengue outbreak striking the Ngaringan district.
Hengki Pramono and Susanto, both four years old, and Kabudiyah, 11, died of the hemorrhagic fever over the past few days.
Chief of the local office of the Ministry of Health, Agustinus Soebandijo, said a number of health workers have been dispatched to the stricken areas to spray the neighborhoods for the aedes mosquito.
A number of medical personnel have also been sent to help treat the dengue victims in local health care centers. (har/rms)
