THR Rights Not Fulfilled, Part-Time PPPK Report Six Government Agencies in Central Java

Head of the Labour and Transmigration Office (Disnakertrans) of Central Java Province, Ahmad Aziz, revealed that six government agencies in Central Java have been reported over issues related to fulfilling Holiday Allowance (THR) rights. The majority of complainants are part-time Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) employees. “There are six government agencies that have been complained about, mainly concerning part-time or PPPK workers,” Aziz said during a press statement regarding the complaints received by Disnakertrans Central Java on THR payments, on Thursday (26/3/2026). He explained that agencies under the Central Java Provincial Government are among those complained about by part-time PPPK regarding THR payments. However, Aziz claimed that THR payments for part-time PPPK in the Provincial Government have been completed on 13 March 2026. “For agencies outside the province, we cannot answer in detail because the policies are those of the respective local governments,” Aziz said. Aziz explained that civil servants (ASN) are entitled to THR. “ASN consists of civil servants (PNS), full-time PPPK, and part-time PPPK,” he stated.
