PT TASPEN (Persero) continues to uphold its commitment to safeguarding the security and convenience of its participants, particularly retired Civil Service Officials (ASN) and State Officials, during the 2026 Holiday Allowance (THR) distribution period. Through the bonus distribution process that commenced on 5 March 2026, TASPEN has urged all participants to heighten their vigilance against various fraudulent schemes that are becoming increasingly common and misuse the company’s name.

TASPEN’s Corporate Secretary, Henra, emphasised that THR disbursement is conducted automatically directly to each participant’s bank account without requiring any additional authentication processes. “We wish to emphasise that TASPEN never charges service fees or requests additional personal data for THR withdrawal through unofficial channels throughout the entire service delivery process,” he stated.

Henra confirmed that all company services are provided free of charge. “We encourage participants to jointly protect personal data from irresponsible parties,” said Henra.

During the 2026 Holiday Allowance (THR) distribution period, PT TASPEN (Persero) ensures that the payment process to approximately 3.2 million pension recipients proceeds on time, securely, and accurately, with 97 per cent of THR successfully disbursed to date. Alongside this process, TASPEN has also increased vigilance against various fraudulent schemes that frequently emerge during fund disbursement periods, such as requests for personal data, transmission of suspicious links, or requests for service fees claiming to represent TASPEN.

The company emphasises that all TASPEN services, including THR withdrawal, are provided at no cost whatsoever, so participants are urged not to share personal or financial information with parties whose authenticity cannot be verified. To this end, TASPEN encourages all participants to consistently apply the principle of “Hold, Verify, and Report”:

  1. Hold: Do not immediately trust messages or letters claiming to be from TASPEN.

  2. Verify: Check the accuracy of information through TASPEN’s official social media channels, the official Call Centre at 1500919, or the nearest branch office.

  3. Report: If there are indications of fraud, immediately report to the relevant authorities or TASPEN’s official complaint channels at Call Centre 1500919.

This preventive measure aligns with TASPEN’s commitment as a Centre of Excellence in the social security sector that prioritises security, transparency, and participant convenience. This represents concrete support for President Prabowo Subianto’s Asta Cita vision in enhancing the welfare and protection of Civil Service Officials and State Officials.

TASPEN ensures that every participant’s right, including THR disbursement, is fulfilled on time, securely, and accountably every year.
