THR Payments for Civil Servants in DKI Jakarta in Line with Central Government Directives
Jakarta — The Governor of DKI Jakarta, Pramono Anung Wibowo, said that the Hari Raya Allowance (THR) for the Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government will be in line with directives from the central government. ‘For THR, the DKI Jakarta Government will fully implement what has become the central government’s decision, through the Minister for Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB). And that decision has already been carried out,’ Pramono said when asked in Glodok, West Jakarta, on Tuesday (3 March). Pramono noted that, in terms of budget readiness, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has no obstacles to paying THR to ASN. The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has already prepared THR for ASN and is merely awaiting the central government’s timing for THR payment. ‘For the DKI Jakarta Government, whether paid before or after Eid al-Fitr, there is no problem. We are ready for that,’ Pramono said.
Minister of Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto said that the disbursement would be carried out in the first week since that date and given to all components of central and regional ASN. ‘Disbursement of THR began gradually since 26 February ago, and given to PNS, CPNS, P3K, pejabat negara, prajurit TNI, anggota Polri, retirees of PNS, retirees of TNI/Polri, and retirees of state officials,’ Airlangga said. Then Rp20.2 trillion was allocated to 4.3 million regional ASN. Meanwhile, 3.8 million retirees received allocations of Rp12.7 trillion. Airlangga emphasised that the THR components for 2026 would be paid in full at 100 percent. That means workers will receive their base salary plus attached allowances, such as family allowance, food allowance, position allowance, and performance allowance in accordance with applicable regulations.
