THR for ASN, TNI, Polri and Retirees Begins Disbursement, Paid in Full at 100 Percent

Hari Raya allowance (THR) for Civil Servants (ASN) at central and regional levels, members of the TNI, Polri, and retirees began to be disbursed in stages from 26 February 2026. The THR received is not subject to any deductions. Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto stated that this year’s THR would be paid in full, 100 percent, including all allowance components. He emphasised that the policy is a direct instruction from President Prabowo Subianto. The government has also allocated Rp 55 trillion for THR disbursement this year. This allocation is up 10 percent from last year, which was Rp 49 trillion. ‘Now,’ Airlangga said in a press conference at his office in Central Jakarta on Tuesday (3/3/2026), ‘the THR disbursement began gradually since 26 February, the first week of February, and the THR will be paid to PNS (civil servants), CPNS (prospective civil servants), PPPK (government contracted workers with special status), State Officials, TNI soldiers, Polri members, retirees of civil servants, retirees of TNI-Polri soldiers, and retirees of State Officials.’ Airlangga explained that the THR components this year are not subject to any deduction. All components will be paid at 100% in accordance with prevailing regulations. ‘The components paid at 100% include basic salary, family allowance, food allowance, position allowance, and performance allowances in line with the applicable regulations,’ Airlangga said. During the press briefing, Airlangga emphasised that THR is different from the 13th salary. Although both are allowances for civil servants, the timing of disbursement differs. ‘So, to reiterate, THR is not the same as the 13th salary. The 13th salary is usually paid in June.’
