Thousands of Tasikmalaya Residents Enthusiastically Queue for Free Food Parcel Distribution

Republika.co.id, Tasikmalaya — Thousands of residents queued for food parcel distribution during a social aid event for the underprivileged and orphans at Dadaha Square in Tasikmalaya City, West Java, on Monday, 25 May 2026. Pangdam III/Siliwangi collaborated with the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration (Kemendes PDTT), Sahabat Ryano, Gandara Group, and Yonif TP 939/Macan Putih Battalion to distribute 3,700 food parcels to residents of Tasikmalaya City and Regency, demonstrating the TNI’s presence among the people and closeness to the community.
