Thousands of job seekers crowded the Career Corner programme as part of Jogja Financial Festival (JFF) 2026. The recruitment programme run by CT Corp saw applicants from diverse backgrounds seeking careers in media, banking, and finance.
Career Corner was one of the busy attractions at Jogja Financial Festival 2026, with many participants seizing the opportunity to pursue careers in CT Corp’s media companies and financial sector.
Nanang Supriatna, Head of Human Capital at Trans Media, said the enthusiasm of participants this year was quite high. The total number of applicants reached around 1,600.
‘Hopefully more people will apply so we can obtain the best candidates—the finest talents in the City of Jogja,’ Nanang told detikJogja, on Friday (22/5/2026).
‘Total applicants are around 1,600. We have two sessions on Friday and Saturday. For the first session there are 160 participants,’ he continued.
Nanang explained that Career Corner forms part of the JFF 2026 series to attract young, potential talent in Jogja. The event offers 64 positions across CT Corp’s various companies.
Some participating firms include Trans TV, CNN Indonesia, CNBC Indonesia, detikcom, and Trans Media Sosial. In addition, financial business units such as Bank Mega, Bank Mega Syariah, Allo Bank, and Mega Finance are also opening vacancies.
‘There are 64 positions with several CT Corp subsidiaries involved,’ he said.
According to Nanang, the selection process is split into two sessions. On the first day, around 160 participants take part in the selection stages. On the second day, the committee invites around 1,000 applicants to proceed to the next stage.
‘Tomorrow we will invite around 1,000 people. Hopefully everyone will come,’ he said.
