This is how artists deliver criticism on Labour Day

Artists affiliated with RSO Gladak conveyed their criticisms through three-dimensional video mapping projections on container transport trucks along the northern coastal route from Semarang to Demak in Semarang City, Central Java, in the early hours of Saturday (2/5/2026). Several critical writings from artists, environmental activists, and human rights advocates were digitally projected at various locations in Semarang City up to the northern coastal route from Semarang to Demak, spotlighting the interconnected issues of the environment, human rights, and workers’ welfare in Central Java as part of the International Labour Day commemorations.
