Thirteenth Month Salary for Civil Servant Pensioners Begins Disbursement Today
PT TASPEN (Persero) has begun disbursing the 2026 thirteenth-month salary for civil servant (ASN) pensioners as of Tuesday (2/6/2026). This action complies with the provisions of Government Regulation (PP) Number 9 of 2026 regarding the provision of Religious Holiday Allowances (THR) and the Thirteenth-Month Salary for state apparatus, pensioners, and allowance recipients for the year 2026.
The distribution is being carried out through 46 of TASPEN’s payment partners spread across Indonesia, covering a total of 3,250,988 participants. Spot checks have been conducted to ensure the readiness of the distribution and the smoothness of the payment process across all TASPEN branch offices.
TASPEN Corporate Secretary, Henra, emphasised that the 2026 thirteenth-month salary for pensioners will be distributed directly through TASPEN’s payment partners without the need for any application or re-authentication from the beneficiaries.
“The distribution of this thirteenth-month salary is a form of TASPEN’s commitment to ensuring that the rights of pensioners are received in a timely, easy, and secure manner. This payment also serves as a manifestation of the state’s appreciation for the service of civil servants who have completed their term of duty,” said Henra.
He added that the payment process is based on the pension payment list data from May 202<0xE2><0x80><0x89>6. Although no special authentication is required to receive the thirteenth-month salary, participants are reminded to continue performing their routine monthly authentication.
Key points regarding the implementation of the 2026 thirteenth-month salary payments include:
The amount of the thirteenth-month salary is based on the income components paid in May 2026, including allowances received for one month in accordance with statutory regulations;
The thirteenth-month salary is not subject to contribution deductions and/or other deductions, including pension credit deductions and income tax, as these are covered by the government;
If a state official or pensioner holds more than one beneficiary status, the thirteenth-month salary will only be paid once, based on the benefit with the largest nominal value;
For those receiving both a pension and widow/widower allowances, the thirteenth-month salary will be paid for both roles, both as the primary recipient and as the pension or widow/widower allowance recipient;
For civil servants and state officials retiring on or after 1 June 2026, the 2026 thirteenth-month salary payment will be handled by their last place of employment.
To ensure the distribution process runs smoothly, TASPEN urges all beneficiaries to remain vigilant against various fraudulent modes impersonating TASPEN. TASPEN emphasises that all services provided to participants are free of charge. Participants are expected to access information only through official TASPEN channels, the nearest TASPEN branch offices, or the Call Centre at 1500919.
Through these steps, TASPEN reaffirms its ongoing commitment to providing safe, easy, adaptive, and trusted services, while strengthening its role as a Center of Excellence in managing social security for civil servants and state officials.
