STOCKWATCH.ID (JAKARTA) – Patrick Rudolf Dannacher, President Director of PT ITSEC Asia Tbk (CYBR), has increased his investment stake by acquiring 308,200 shares of the company. The transaction was conducted through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in five tranches on 20 April 2026.

As quoted in the ownership change report submitted by the company’s management to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Tuesday, 21 April 2026, Patrick Rudolf Dannacher purchased CYBR shares at prices ranging from Rp1,340 to Rp1,360 per share. Consequently, the funds disbursed amounted to Rp419 million.

It is stated that the purpose of the transaction is to increase investment while maintaining control over the shares of the issuer in the field of information security solutions.

Following the share purchase, Patrick Rudolf Dannacher’s ownership in CYBR shares has risen to 230,147,622 units, equivalent to 3.427% of the shares, up from the previous 229,839,422 units or 3.423% of the shares.

Throughout 2025, CYBR recorded a net profit of Rp64.23 billion, surging 8,352% compared to 2024, which was only Rp759.93 million. The profit leap was supported by net revenue that increased 62.13% to Rp527.13 billion in 2025, from Rp325.12 billion in 2024.

In the morning trading session at the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Tuesday, 21 April 2026, CYBR shares were recorded to have fallen 5.17% to Rp1,285 per unit, compared to the previous day’s Rp1,355. Over the past week’s trading at the BEI, CYBR share prices have declined 3.21%, from Rp1,400 per share to Rp1,355 per share.
