These are the Toll Roads Predicted to be Busy During the Ascension of Jesus Holiday

JAKARTA - PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) has confirmed the readiness of services on the sections it manages to handle the extended Ascension of Jesus holiday in 2026.

Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT JTT, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that the company has undertaken various operational preparations, traffic services, and optimisation of support facilities on strategic Trans-Java sections.

“JTT is committed to ensuring operational service readiness during the extended Ascension of Jesus holiday period through the optimisation of transaction services, traffic management, as well as the preparedness of personnel and facilities on the ground,” she said on Wednesday (13/5/2026).

Ria assured the readiness of transaction booths and operational personnel at main toll gates, particularly on sections with potential increases in traffic volume.

The sections in question consist of:

In addition, JTT has ensured the readiness of traffic service fleets including 29 tow trucks, 7 ambulances, 6 rescue units, 17 Road Patrol units, and 19 Mobile Customer Service units on standby 24 hours.

“We urge road users to ensure vehicle and driver condition is optimal, check sufficient fuel and e-money balance, and plan travel time properly. If fatigued, road users can utilise rest areas to rest in order to maintain travel safety,” said Ria.
