JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto has signed Presidential Regulation No. 5 of 2026 on Financial Entitlements and Facilities for Ad Hoc Judges on 4 February 2026. The following is the complete list of ad hoc judge allowances for the corruption offence court, industrial relations court, fisheries court, human rights court, and commerce court: In addition to allowances, ad hoc judges will also receive six other entitlements and facilities, such as housing, transportation, and health insurance. “Ad hoc judges will be provided with financial entitlements and facilities consisting of: a. allowance; b. state housing; c. transportation facilities; d. health insurance; e. security insurance and in carrying out their duties; f. official travel expenses; and g. appreciation money,” states Article 2 of Perpres 5/2026.
