These 58 Unitlink Products and 28 Insurance CEOs Are the Best for 2026 According to Media Asuransi - Stability
Stability.id – Media Asuransi officially presented the Unitlink Award 2026 and the inauguration of the CEO Award 2026 at the Candi Singasari Ballroom, Hotel Grand Sahid Jaya, Jakarta, on Tuesday (21/4/2026). This event serves as a form of appreciation for the investment performance of the best unitlink products and the dedication of insurance company leaders throughout 2025.
A total of 58 unitlink products from 21 life insurance companies have earned the title of best investment performance products. The number of products that successfully passed the ranking was filtered from 468 products marketed by 35 life insurance companies in Indonesia.
Acting Director of PT Media Asuransi Indonesia, S. Edi Santosa, acknowledged that in recent years, the reputation of unitlink products has indeed faced pressure along with the shift in public interest towards traditional insurance products.
“However, unitlink with characteristics that combine protection and investment remains in demand. Therefore, Media Asuransi considers it important to give appreciation to companies that are able to maintain good investment returns,” explained Edi in his speech.
The Media Asuransi Research Institute (LRMA) set three strict requirements for unitlink products that can be included in the ranking:
Market Tenure: The product has been marketed for at least two years (since 30 December 2023) until the assessment period of 30 December 2025.
Stability: No anomalies in movement or growth of Net Asset Value (NAV).
Compliance: The company is not involved in legal cases with final and binding power or has not received a Business Activity Freezing sanction (PKU) from the OJK.
The assessment was conducted by grouping 12 types of funds to ensure objectivity. The main indicators used are NAV growth (weight 60%) and Sharpe Ratio to measure Risk Adjusted Return (weight 40%).

Inaugural Award for Best CEOs
In the same series, Media Asuransi held the CEO Award 2026 for the first time. A total of 28 leaders of insurance and reinsurance companies received this award for their dedication in controlling company business.
“Behind the success of companies winning the Insurance Award 2025 (announced in November 2025), there is a CEO figure who plays a major role as a role model for all stakeholders,” added Edi Santosa.
The criteria for CEO Award 2026 recipients include companies led achieving the Best Insurance/Reinsurance 2025 predicate based on 2024 financial performance. In addition, candidates must have served as CEO for at least since April 2024.
