During Ramadan, PLN is running a promotion offering a discount on increasing electricity capacity for a defined period. The programme runs from 25 February to 10 March 2026. The discount applies to single-phase electricity customers across all tariff brackets. Members of the public may take advantage of this PLN promotion during the promotional period in accordance with the terms and conditions. Discount Information
Target: Applies to all tariff groups of single-phase consumers.
Promotion Period: 25 February – 10 March 2026.
Method: Only via the PLN Mobile app.
Terms and Conditions
Period: 25 February – 10 March 2026.
Consumer Criteria:
Low voltage consumers, single-phase, initial power 450 VA – 5,500 VA.
Power increase option up to 7,700 VA.
Registered as an PLN customer before 1 February 2026.
Settled all electricity bills/other obligations.
Transaction Requirements: At least one token purchase or bill payment via the PLN Mobile app to receive an e-voucher for the power increase discount.
Usage Limits:
Maximum 4 e-vouchers per PLN Mobile account (only for that account).
One promo per IDPEL (customer ID) during the applicable period.
Payment:
Connection Charge (BP) paid in full upfront (no instalments).
UJL (Uang Jaminan Langganan) can be paid in instalments up to 12 times (for postpaid users).
Service Provisions:
Does not cause network reinforcement, phase changes, tariff changes, or changes in service type.
Cannot reduce power for at least 1 year after the realisation of the Power Increase (TD).
The promo cannot be combined with other BP concessions.
How to Increase Electricity Power
Here is how to apply for an electricity capacity increase via the PLN Mobile app:
Download and open the PLN Mobile app.
In the Home menu, select Ubah Daya dan Migrasi, then click Start.
Choose the customer ID or the meter number to be used for the power change application, or enter the customer ID and then click Search.
Set the location and confirm. Customer data will automatically appear after selecting the customer ID or meter number.
Click Continue to proceed with the power-change application.
Choose the service product as needed, either prepaid or postpaid, then click Continue.
Choose the required token amount and then click Continue.
Complete the customer and applicant data, then click Check on NIK and select Continue.
Enter the promo code or voucher code if available.
Submit the power-change application to proceed with the submission.
Click agree to the terms and conditions of the power-change application, then submit and select OK.
In the application details, click Verify and enter the 12-digit verification code sent to the registered email, then click Send.
After the verification code is successfully sent, a payment registration number will appear in the application details.
Choose Continue to Payment to determine the available payment methods, such as Virtual Account (VA) or digital wallet.
The electricity capacity increase promotion can be used by customers until 10 March 2026. Members of the public who wish to increase their home electricity capacity can apply via the PLN Mobile app in accordance with the applicable rules.
