There are still opportunities to obtain free mudik tickets for Lebaran 2026 for those who did not secure quotas in previous mudik programmes. The Directorate General of Land Transportation (Ditjen Hubdat) of the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) is still open for registration for the free mudik programme until Sunday 15 March 2026 or until the daily quota is filled. ‘Registration is open daily from 1–15 March 2026, starting at 08:00 WIB, and will close once the daily quota is fulfilled,’ quoted from the official Instagram @ditjen_hubdat, Saturday 7 March 2026.
