Theft at Praz Teguh's restaurant captured on CCTV, police investigate

A theft occurred at the restaurant owned by comedian Praz Teguh on Jalan Margonda Raya, Depok. Police are investigating the case. In a video circulated on the comedian’s private Instagram account @praz_teguh, the suspect is seen nudging the brown bag placed under the victim. The victim, who was talking, did not notice the bag slowly shifting toward the perpetrator behind them. The suspect then exits the restaurant while pretending to make a call from inside. Soon after, the suspect re-enters and exits with the victim’s rucksack, leaving the scene. The incident is said to have occurred on Tuesday (3/3) at 18:22 WIB on Jalan Margonda Raya, Depok. The victim sustained losses including one Acer laptop, an iPhone 13, a wallet, keys to their kos, and Rp 200,000 in cash. When asked for confirmation, Depok Metro Police’s Criminal Investigation Unit chief, Kompol Made Gede Oka Utama, confirmed the incident. The case is currently under police investigation.
