Theatre performances mark Balinese Language Month celebrations in Denpasar
Students performed a theatrical piece recounting the sacredness of ancestral land at the Ksirarnawa Hall, Bali Cultural Park, Denpasar, Bali, on Friday (20 February 2026).
The event, organised by the Bali Provincial Government as part of the Balinese Language Month commemorations, has attracted dozens of theatre groups from among students, artists, and journalists. The performances explore a range of themes including nature conservation, social issues, and contemporary concerns, and will continue until Saturday, 28 February.
