Hajj Mabrur is described by the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) as an act of worship whose reward is nothing but Paradise. In the book Ihya Ulumuddin, Imam Al Ghazali explains the various virtues of Hajj, from the honour of Wuquf at Arafah to the great reward of Tawaf at the Kaaba, which is considered the most joyful act in the sight of Allah SWT.

The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) also said, “A Hajj Mabrur, a Hajj done well and straight on the path of Allah SWT, is more noble than the world and all its contents. There is no reward for a Hajj Mabrur except Paradise.” (Reported from the hadith of Abu Hurairah Radhiyallahu anhu)

The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) also said, “Those who perform Hajj and Umrah are the guests and ambassadors of Allah ’Azza wa Jalla. If they ask, their requests will be granted. If they seek forgiveness, they are forgiven. If they pray, their prayers are answered. If they ask for intercession, it is granted.” (Reported from the hadith of Abu Hurairah Radhiyallahu anhu)
