The presence of representatives of political parties in Mega's
Cabinet is quite all right, but there must be some sort of
guarantee that these people are capable of doing their job in
line with their skills and expertise, so they just don't sit
there for the purpose of enriching themselves and their cronies.

On this score, Ibu Mega must be extremely careful and alert as
there are lots of people trying to get close to the her for a
number of reasons.

There have been a lot of cases involving members of political
parties fighting for certain executive positions in the
provinces. Instead of thinking about the well-being of the
people, they tend to prioritize their personal interests and
groups. This certainly cannot be tolerated as the practice is
unhealthy and eventually will again make the people suffer.

According to some analysts, the present legislature is worse
than the previous executive body as the current legislative body
comprises political party members more involved in corruption,
collusion and nepotism, for example in Riau, Pekan Baru, Rohil,
Bagansiapiapi, Dumai, Bengkalis, Batam, Tanjung Pinang. The
provincial councils in these areas seem to ignore the people's
aspirations.

Let us, all Indonesians, ask God for his forgiveness to purge
us from the sins we have committed. The disgraceful conduct and
immorality have resulted in the suffering of the people. If such
behavior is not redressed, Indonesia's economy will never
recover.
