The Iconomics presents Indonesia Best CSR Awards 2026 to 35 Indonesian companies
The Iconomics has presented the Indonesia Best CSR Awards 2026 to 35 companies across various industrial sectors at an event held in Jakarta on Thursday, 21 May. This eighth edition of the awards was determined based on an online CSR Brand Equity survey of over 10,000 respondents across 10 major Indonesian cities.
The event commenced with the 8th CSR Summit 2026, themed ‘CSR Transformation: Corporate Adaptation Amid President Prabowo Subianto’s New Government Direction’. Deputy Minister of Social Affairs Agus Jabo Priyono attended to provide insights to participants and foster collaboration to enhance CSR’s societal impact.
The assessment criteria included two main indicators: CSR Activity, measuring public awareness of a company’s CSR initiatives, and CSR Image, assessing public perception of the company’s social responsibility. The scores for both indicators were averaged and compared against minimum thresholds within each industry category.
Founder and CEO of The Iconomics, Bram S. Putro, described the awards as recognition for Indonesian companies with commendable CSR practices.
Among the 35 recipients, 10 companies include Aice Group for its ‘15 Days of Aice Sharing Health’ programme, Bank Jakarta, Pertamina Foundation, PT ABM Investama Tbk, PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali, PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (Bank Jatim), PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Barat (Bank Kalbar), and PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk for its ‘Healthy Indonesia’ initiative.
